The key influences are the resource requirements associated with each intervention (both monetary and non-monetary), combined with the implementation timeframes.

Approximately a third of the 49 interventions included in this tool have a very high rating in terms of ease of implementation. When an additional filter is applied to determine the most effective ones of these easy-to-implement interventions, 8 interventions remain.
